Hi Suzanne, this is the only fix I know as of right now. Uninstall-then re-install it. When prompted to install the adobe extension, decline it.

I can't get the plugins to come up. I get an error message that the page has moved.

It doesnt' work..Did it multiple times and the Shockwave Flash still crashes,,Uninstall and reinstall Google Chrome..Did the plugins but still Shockwave still crashes

I guess the fix does not work for everyone, especially if your running XP with most of your operating memory being used.

Sorry for the wait, I have been so busy with moderations on comments and answering questions by e-mail, its taking me a while. If you don't have the flash problem and its still crashing, re-install chrome and don't download the adobe extension. There could be other extension you have added that may be causing Google Chrome to crash as well. It's of course a processof elimination.
