I have been into mobile development lately with developing apps and HTML 5, so I get allot of E-mails and people on Linked in Groups asking me about a simple way to implement a Redirection code for mobile devices.
With mobile devices the trick is with JavaScript is to determine the screen size of Smartphones, cell phones etc. We all know that screen sizes will be less than 700 Pixels. With notepads this will be OK, cause the notepads have higher resolutions and a bigger display screen. Here is the Page where you can get the JavaScript code I set up today. JavaScript Mobile Redirect If you are browsing this site or blog with your mobile device you are already viewing the redirection code in action, there is also a choice to view this website in original mode. *Update- Mobile Moxie has a Redirection Script Generator that generates a server side script for sites that are Desktop, Tablet, Mobile or WAP and directs your users to the preferred choice. I have 2 separate mobile sites that I need to be redirected from the same primary domain.

I would use the script provided by Mobile Moxie (link above). You want to avoid code bloat, and you can avoid this by not adding the same code twice on the same page.
